Library Updates 12th June 2010

12th June 2010

European Historical Collections

We’ve been busy working behind the scenes for the last few months. We want to bring the cream of the library to the surface in a natural manner, this equates to hands on work by a human rather than a computer, spending time reviewing and grading the library documents. • Our Planet Its Past and Future by William Denton in 1873
  • Scientific American Journal

The final and second phase of migrating the Ultrapedia Library to its new home at www.ultrapedia.com is complete, and all visitors to www.pointmore.com are re-directed to the new Ultrapedia website.

Almost 10,000 new documents have been added to the library during September and October, and we continue to add about 1000 new documents a week.

On the Search Results page are links for two additional file formats – RTF and HTML – alongside PDF file format. Clicking on the RTF link will download a copy of your chosen file in RTF format; clicking the HTML link will display the file in HTML format. More formats will be added in the coming weeks, including LIT – the Microsoft eBook Reader, and IPD – for the Blackberry.
